About me

With over 24 years of experience as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, I bring a wealth of clinical expertise developed through extensive private practice work.

My early career involved working with national rugby league teams, giving me a strong foundation in sports injury management. Over time, my focus has evolved towards helping individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals, recover from pain and injury, and maintain an active lifestyle.

I am passionate about hands-on treatment and believe that effective manual therapy continues to play a vital role in rehabilitation. I integrate this approach with evidence-based practices such as individualised exercise prescription, self-management strategies, and dry needling.

I have a particular clinical interest in the management of knee injuries and spinal dysfunction and pain

In 2016, I completed my APPI Clinical Pilates course for Physiotherapists which strengthened my prescription of reformer and home based Pilates exercises. Following this I also gained experience in running small individualised reformer Pilates classes.

Outside the clinic, I devote much of my time to my family, especially my three wonderful children. Personally, I enjoy long-distance running, snow skiing, and exploring new places through travel.
